Humle Ridder is a full-bodied and elegant IPA with just the right amount of hops to give it a good bite and depth, flanked by the sweetness of the malt and the floral scent of the aroma hops.

Copenhagen 15/9 2022. 33 cl bottle from Private Selection, Rødovre Centrum, Rødovre. Generic drawing of a horseman on the label.
Pours opaque murky amber with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light malty odor mingling with citrus fruit and something that reminds me of a Fanta. Sweet pale malts, oranges, lemon and white sugar.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture. A bit fizzy.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Fizzy, fruity and well-balanced.
