An aromatic and mild copper-red Bock, with a pure intense malt flavor, accompanied by local honey and heather flowers. Especially good with game dishes.

Copenhagen 10/9 2022. 33 cl bottle from Private Selection Vinhandel, Rødovre Centrum. Rødovre. Drawing of a flowery, purple pant on the label.
Pours slightly unclear, dark brown with a small off-white head. Stable. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, sugary, toasted and slightly spicy odor. Burnt brown sugar, toffee, biscuits and alcohol. Light whiff of citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingering. Finish is semi-dry and singed.
Nice sweet, malty and boozy.
