16oz can canned 3/6/25 into a pokal.
L: SRM 5 pours 97% clear pure caramel color with a thin white head, good steady carbo, very light spotty lacing.
S: Distant malts, a light fruit note, light and simple.
T: Caramel malts, gently sweet bready notes then a wave of bitterness, grapefruit zest, pine resin, a hint of white grape, a touch of crab apple. It has a very long resinous finish that lingers. It is pale and is fairly full flavored.
F: Lightly crisp medium to med-light bodied mouthfeel with a long fairly drying finish.
O: Fruity, bready, bitter, beautiful. It is dynamic taste-wise and has a long flavorful finish. It is very good in its style.
