Pours a clear amber with soapy head.
Smell is sweet and fruity with notes of strawberry jam, dried fruit, apricot and pine.
Taste is fruity, sweet and a bit earthy. Notes of strawberry jam, dried fruit, pine, overripe stone fruit and some boiled vegetables.Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation,
Overall, a good IPA, let down a little by the veggies.
