FEBRUARY 2025.
Brewery near ski resorts in the Dolomites (Trentino Alto Adige)
On tap at the brewery (0.2 cl = €2.20; 0.40 cl = €3.90).
Immediate aromas of cereals and toasted notes on the nose.
Black color, with dark brown reflections, very dense.
Creamy and soft beige foam.
Great smoothness of the water in the mouth, which in fact is taken directly from a nearby source above and does not undergo "processing" to be worked (reverse osmosis, etc.) as it already has an ideal pH for brewing.
The taste is balanced and free from excess with toasted hints and toasted cereals taking center stage, with never excessive nuances of dark chocolate and toasted coffee beans.
The finish is "smooth", soft with cereal notes that fade the toasted and toasted ones creating an almost ash effect, which makes the drink end with these notes of bruschetta, toasted bread, inviting the next sip.
