Named after the central character from the novel the Crow Road by Scottish author Iain Banks. It’s a British style session IPA where we are only using UK hop varieties to produce an IPA that has all the balanced hop flavours all through it without the food miles of using imported hops. We are trying to use more UK hops in our beers to support our own hops industry whilst making our beers more environmentally friendly.
