We teamed up with Kings Bakery whom we met at the Downtown Windsor Farmers Market. If you've been down there you have scene, everyone walking around with their Croissants. So we figured let's make a beer out of them. A silky smooth and delicious drink. 14 IBU.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From the Erie St. East brewery in nearby downtown Windsor. No date stamp or lot number. My 30th beer from there, and 14th for 2026. Audaciously adored by Sundae the cat...
