Our first attempt at a European Lager may just be our last, it's that good! Slight amber colour, smooth malty taste, with just the right balance of Northern Brewer and Tettnanger hops on the finish. This is one of the smoothest beers we've ever done!

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From the Erie St. East brewery in nearby downtown Windsor. No date stamp or lot number. My 19th beer from the brewery, and 3rd for 2026. Ridiculously recommended by Sundae the cat...
