This one pours a light reddish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like bready and toasty malt, some light sweet corn graininess, and a touch of floral hop character.

This is really solid stuff – I like the Masa Negra a little bit, but this has a wonderfully toasty and bready character, without a ton of sweetness. There’s just the lightest whisp of floral hop character, right on the back end.

This is light bodied, crisp, clean, and quite drinkable.

I can’t wait for Collage to have their own space, and come out with more beers in bigger batches.
