This one pours a light orange-ish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like super funky grapes, red wine, miso, lightly spicy oak, and citrusy sweetness.
The miso provides a really excellent earthy, slightly vegetal, and umami-like funk, and it plays well off of the citrusy and honey-like sweetness of the base beer.
This is light bodied, clean, lightly acidic, and very drinkable.
I want to get a few more bottles of this, it might be the best beer I’ve had from this young brewery.
