We know what you’re thinking…”Oh, how original. Yet another local beer named after a Bronco, and this time with a different colour”. While you’re not wrong, our summer delivery vehicle actually happens to be...wait for it...a 1982 BLUE Ford BRONCO. So it's cool, right? Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo hops give this beer all the citrusy flavours that hop heads crave. This smooth brew has been our brewer’s brainchild since the inception of Top Dog Brewing Co. in 2018, and has now been perfected to match the qualities of its namesake as being a big, bold, and beautiful creation.

6oz pour at Hamilton Beerfest. Beer 3/6. Review from notes. With Adam, Nash! Carrie, Ryan and Sarah!
Appearance - Pale yellowy beer with a decent finger plus of head. Decent retention.
Smell - General citrus, with grapefruit being the standout.
Taste - More citrus, but quite muted in all respects. Some citrus, but muted, a general malt backbone, but muted.
Mouthfeel - A touch flat, but drinks easy. The 7.5% ABV is well disguised.
Overall - Ok IPA, probably the least of the beers I drank but enjoyable enough. Would want to revisit if accessible, to see about a full-sized sample.
