Session IPA brewed with Amarillo hops which are known for the floral citrus-like aroma. The elegant hop flavour is prominent in this light and refreshing brew.

Was very surprised to find this in Japan at the Hatsumode of 2018 in a Lawson convenience store: this session IPA cannot be found on Kiuchi Brewery's site or anywhere among the Hitachino Nest beers online - seems to be no info about it anywhere. Is it because it is something quite new?
The date of manufacture suggests that it is relatively fresh indeed, was made in November 2017. Kiuchi makes quite good beers in Japan and this is no exception, it is a quite alright session IPA. The color could show something more defined (it has a slightly brownish pale tint in yellow) but the smell is very nice indeed, very fresh and fruity, citrusy hop - deliberately not plural as it feels to be a single hop IPA.
Had to let it warm a bit to achieve its full potential where the sudden wateriness changes into a light session IPA, bringing with itself slight bitterness along with the citrusy zest.
Once again, Kiuchi did quite well, a proper session IPA that represents the goodness of this brewery very well.
