330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6%. Nearly clear golden colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of citrus and light malts. Flavour of citrus, malts and spicy and herbal bittering hops, fairly bitter aftertaste.

From the official website: "This Nipponia is brewed using two Japanese original materials: "Kaneko Golden", the Japanese ancient barley, and "Sorachi Ace", the hop which once was bred in Japan. Please enjoy the citrus flavour, the golden color and the complex taste."
My notes: poured a slightly unfiltered rich golden color with medium foam. A very elegant albeit a mild malty aroma was complimented by a rich sort of imperial Pilsner taste. I loved it! A very nice body, too.
