This beer has a delightful presentation in its tulip glass with a beautiful Victorian-white head and a glowing straw-berry blonde color. Nice medium mouthfeel with decent carbonation. The flavor is a little spicy and tangy, but the true pleasure of this beer is to be found in the nose. Exceptional and snappy! It smells of e scent of summer veggies, fresh cut grass, citrus and a little pepper. This is a beer you can really sit with and appreciate without even drinking! The well-crafted tulip glass helps augment the delicious aroma. It's refermented in the bottle, and une bière biologique - bonus!

11.2 oz bottle with simple, old-style yellow label with a graphic representing lizards and what appear to be beer-drinking men with goat legs.
glowing golden pour, slight head which leaves a soapy lacing.. nose is very nicely hopped, very reminiscent of orval in this way. not as floral and fruity, with a little more smooth maltiness and oaky aromas. smells like strawberries and cream. taste is up front bitterness, mildly citrusy and tart. simple chalkiness to the bitter as well. bubblegum hints and lots of grassy hops, almost approaching the barnyard level of a fantome beer. finishes light and refreshing with an airy mouthfeel. nicely carbonated. great play off the orval style.

Tasted at the ZBF from tap. Beer poored out without a head and had almost no carbon dioxide in it. Beercolor was amber with big haze. Nos was fresh and hoppy with slight hint of diacethyl. Tast was mostly (amber)malt, dry and quiet bitter witch was also in aftertaste. Good beer but the mis of bubbles made mouthfeel also pale. A good beer though if it would have some more CO2.
