Pours a slightly clouded golden color with a bigger, bubbly white head.
Smells of dried apples, hay and grain bread dough, together with a light honey note and caramel malts.
Has a smooth, fuller mouthfeel with a lasting dryness and a late, mineralic effervescence.
Tastes of cakey malts dipped in honey, with a slowly arising spiciness, which soon becomes taste dominating. On its way, the spices bring up some flour, dry, herbal hops among their peppery rock sugar punch. Produces a fanta sweetness with some earth and light funk to it, lime zest and cake dough with maintaining black peppers.
Quite complex and versatile with a powerful interplay of almost hot spices and bitter hops among a rich yeast foundation.

330 ml bottle into chalice, no bottle dating. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy pale golden/yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, melon, red apple, pepper, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, light banana/clove, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast and pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, melon, red apple, pepper, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, light banana/clove, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate yeast spiciness and herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange, peach, pear, melon, red apple, pepper, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, light banana/clove, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of complexity of fruity/spicy yeast and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance, quite clean with no astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitter/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.5%. Overall this is a delicious tripel. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of complexity of fruity/spicy yeast and pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and quite refreshing to drink. Likely less than a year old on this one. Nice yeast vibrancy and hop presence; with very pale malt character and color. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Amber honey pour, medium body, brewed with malted barley, wheat and rolled oats to create a deeper more rounded malt character. The addition of candy sugar adds more depth into the sweetness...balanced by a mild spiceiness and a dry finish. Looks good, drinks great, I'd consider a good tripel. Please enjoy!

This is a bio tripel that pours a cloudy golden color. Has a good head, but it totally disappears in an instant. No lacing on the glass. Smells of pizza, which is a bit odd. Tastes malty with subdued melon and citrus, coriander and ginger. Quite middle of the road to me. Mouthfeel is light at first, but then very flat as the carbonation disappears. One is drinkable, but I would not have another.

33 cl bottle, poured into super cute branded glass at Bier Circus in Brussels, 3,50 euro, menu states 8.5%.
Appearance: deep yellow, moderate to high white head, leaves moderate lacing.
Smell: spicy earthy, dry, slight tang.
Taste: tangy, DRY, spicy and earthy, distinct earthy hop presence. Finishes slightly sour tangy acidic.
Mouth: dry, dry, dry, with a sour presence.
Overall, very nice, very drinkable, but more like a dry saison or biere de garde than a tripel. It's biologique, i.e., organic. The glass is amazingly cute: a cute little cartoon-like bug that seems to be basically burping out a hop cone. Sure wish I could track one of these down.

No freshness date. Presentation is good with due to lots of carbondioxide overwelming head and a very pale and almost clear golden beer. Bubbles pearling up so head just stays till glass is empty. Nose is koreander, sour orange peals, litle green hops and that probably some other spices. Wheaty carracter also nex to some palemalt and cherryflavour
Taste is also refreshingly: cherryyeasttaste and dryness seem to have the overhand, litle salty and good bitterness that fits with dry maltcarracter and the high amount of alcohol that's well noticeable.Comes to me closer to a saison as to a tripel but who cares if taste is ok. Tinkling carbonation and good balance in taste makes mouthfeel very fine too and drinkability is maybe too easy for me as I finished this 33 cl bottle within 10 minutes. Great beer IMO.
