Served as part of a sampler tray at their brewpub. This was very dark in color. Like black coffee. A small tan and creamy head topped the beer off. The aroma has some roasted grains and coffee notes, but is overall weak in character. The taste has some roasted grains, but the light body makes this seem watery and bland. Nothing special going on with this stout.
