A-Cloudy orange-brown with a medium tan head.
S-Earthy aroma with touches of cloves and spice.
T-Excellent and very true to style. A malty clove, bananna flavor with a pleasant twang at the end.
M-Crisp and musty with a nice spicy / sour finish
D-A very nice, true to style brew. For my first beer on this latest visit a HUGE improvement on the beers from the last time I was here a few years back.

Fresh from the Growler!!
Appearence: Pouts a deep clear coppey with a nice two-finger off-white head. Head leaves nice lacing. No carbonation is appearent.
Smell: Very strong and malty smelling. Smells smooth, robust, and incredibly potent. A great sniffer.
Taste and Mouthfeel: Incredibly sweet. No hops anywhere. Only sweet-ass malts. Full of Christmas cheer!! It's got a great flavor, quite unique, but it's quite unbalanced. The mouthfeel is slick and juicy.
Drinkability and Overall: Once again, the J-town Brewing Co. has outdone themselves. A smooth, very quaffable brew that is one of the better malt based beers I've had in a while.
