12oz can, produced on March 5th 2025
On the pour a decent 2 finger head forms on top of a very light yellow straw body. Some lacing forms, but nothing impressive.
Aroma is light and cheap. Big acetaldehyde and some sulfur. Not very good.
Taste follows the aroma with that sulfur compound still being present. Not very good. Some extremely vague malts show up on the very finish, but it doesn't last long.
Feel is dry, but the flavor really screws it up. It's huggable if you hold your breath, but it really isn't sippable...
Overall this is a bad light beer. No hints of this being a craft lager. It's quite dirty.

Gold pour quick head. Nose is malted grains.
Taste is thin malt, light floral, grassy. Light mouthfeel. Finish is crisp and refreshing. Nothing special, but certainly punches above it's weight. Nice segue from NA beers to more standard fair.

Pours out almost water-like in color; very pale, straw yellow in the glass; excellent carbonation, dense and lively; patchy, thin head. Very little aroma; perhaps a modicum of graininess. No distinct flavors per se; very low malt and hop bitterness presence; a very faint sense of herbal qualities. Medium body; smooth and glassy on the palate.
I love the idea of a lower ABV beer, but this one doesn't hold any attraction. The appearance is dull, the smell nearly non-existent; and the taste blasé. The exception is the rather stunning heavy mouthfeel. The fact that this beer is over a year old may have something to do with things, although I would think a lager would retain a fair amount of smell and taste elements. Also, the web site description says the beer comes in at 2.1% yet the can boldly lists a 2.5% ABV. Regardless, I love the idea, but I've had way better tasting NA beers than this one.
ABV: 2.5%; pouring temperature: 50.4 °F; canning info: 12.16.24
