Steinbier from a small italian brewer.
Dark brown color, abundant foam, light brown in color, beautiful.
Malty smell, lightly burnt notes, from the hot stones used in the wort.
Spicy/fruity notes (cherry?). Candy sugar.
Quite strange and peculiar. Molasses? Plums?
And even some grassy notes.
Fuity and sweet tate, light bitterness in the back.
In the end, ok.
