Appearance Brownish-orange in the body with a head that I controlled at the pour. The cork came out of this 25 oz bottle with a champagne-like pop, and the carbonation is clearly visible.
Smell Very spicy, yeasty malt to this nose. The yeast is of the freshly baked variety and a little on the sour side. Theres strong cinnamon and clove along with coriander and allspice layered on top of the tangy fruits. The alcohol notes are also very prominent. This is a strong one.
Taste The yeast takes a back seat to the tangy fruits, big spices, and alcohol. The fruiting especially is kind of sour.
Mouthfeel Huge carbonation makes this one a real sipper. Its medium to full in the body with a noticeable alcohol sting.
Drinkability I like this brewery but I thought this one was way off style. Also, in between the big carbonation and sour fruiting, it was a chore to put away.
