Hazy orange tea. Lovely aroma of bitter curacao orange peel and coriander with other hints of pulp, lemon peel, and butter toffee. Characterful spice flavor but not much malt flavor. I really like this style of beer and this is a very unique example, but I still feel that the best example of the style has yet to be brewed.

Appearance provided a lot of hope as it had the pale straw color and medium thick, white head I would expect of a good wit. The aroma had some definite orange and a little of the spiciness expected. Taste was very light. There was a slight sourness and citrus taste but little of the spice. The mouthfeel was good as carbonation was medium and it was light bodied. Drinkability was good as it went down very easy. Could drink several while mowing the lawn on a hot summer day.

Wow, maybe they changed the beer because the pint I had was pretty tasteless and didn't really taste like a Wit to me. The lack of coriander and orange esters almost made this taste like a lager. I really like a lot of their beers but I have to pass on this one

Hazy with a pale gold color. Good malt sweetnes with some spicy, coriander flavors. Just enough bitterness in the finish to leave it's mark without overpowering the other flavors. Very nice mouthfeel. A very nice beer that had quite a buzz amongst the brewers at the washington summer brew festival.
