Clean amber with quite decent foam in the pint shaker. Big hoppy aroma of pine and resins. Nothing fruity about it, except the moderate grapefruit peel in the aftertaste. Surprisingly it's less bitter than most La Conner hoppy brews. Quite drinkable in the more austere IPA style. On tap at the brewery restaurant.
