This beer was brewed in Spring '13, and was light, crisp, refreshing, rather, non-descript. Flavors didn't pop, etc. This review is of an edition that was cellared for a year+.
A: Pleasant goldenrod and quite hazy. Pretty cream-like white head with average retention, but good lacing.
S: Fruity yeast, coriander spice, high wheat graininess, low sweet smelling florals, moderate wheat spice.
M: Very high carbonation and excellent effervescence. Clean and light, tart crisp bodied.
T/O: Lots of coriander spice, orange peel, lemon zestiness, some fruit complexity from the maturation on Belgian Wit yeast-apples, pear. Slight metallic finish. Overall, a tasty improvement over the batch released last year.
