Appearance: hazy pale yellow in color with a 1/2" head that breaks apart quickly. Some spotty lace dots the glass.
Smell: loads of pepper, some softer coriander and a hint of grassiness lingers in the background.
Taste: nice malt base with a hearty spicy tone. Pepper is most prominent with some softer coriander, yeast, and clove. Bitterness is mild.
Mouthfeel: lighter side of a medium bodied beer. Crisp throughout with a bit of dryness late. Aftertaste is longer than some other witbiers.
Drinkability: nice summertime refreshing beer. Easy to quaff and a few of these can be had in a session.

A: nice cloudy wit color. A finger of white head. Quite a bit of lacing as well.
S: Very spicy and yeasty as you would expect. Really powerful aroma from this beer.
T: Again very strong flavor from a usually bland style. Spicy and yeasty with hints of the coriander and some citrus as well.
M: Light body. Well carbonated.
D: Super summer session beer. Very refreshing. Would be great to sit around a have a few outside on a nice day.
