Our Mørk Femmer is a nutty German-inspired Bock bursting with lots of Munich Malt. It contains both caramel notes and a discreet touch of coffee.
A beer for you who can easily see the charm in a small, full-bodied stout!
Mørk Femmer goes well with slightly stronger meat dishes, cheeses or just as a nice cozy beer.

Copenhagen 28/12 2018. 50 cl bottle from Sidinge Gårdbutik, Odsherred. Brewhouse No. 5's usual shiny design - this time in grey and brown.
Pours murky maroon with medium-sized, yellow-ish head. Settles as 1 cm thick blanket of dense foam. Obscuring the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense and sweet. Solid malt-base. Caramel, sweet malts with fruity hints of lemonade. Lighter presence of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily texture.
Flavor has strong sweetness. Followed by a very moderate bitterness bordering on the non existent. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingers for a while.
Decent take on German inspired Bock. Could use a little more booze and power.
