Honeymoon is fantastic with light cheeses and slightly spicier light dishes – e.g. Indian food.

Copenhagen 18/11 2018. 50 cl bottle from Sidinge Gårdbutik had quite a local market going on. Very colorful sunshine design on the label.
Pours slightly hazy amber with big white head. Small clumps of yeast whirling around. Settles as thin layer of foam just managing to cover the surface of the beer and clinging to the side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is sweetish. Caramel and honey. Not much else. Might be overdoing the honey a bit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, creamy texture.
Flavor is rather sweet followed by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a light, burnt, bitter touch. Lingers for a while.
A bit too heavy on the honey for my taste.
