Copenhagen 15/6 2025. 33 cl bottle from Mad & Vin, Magasin, Kbh. K. Dark chaotic label with som graffiti and peacock among other things.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, creamy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fermented odor of over-ripe stone fruits angling with a more subdued scent of citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Lemon and lime. A bit of alcohol.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little rough. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
Satisfying bitter attack.
