Purchased fresh at the source in November 2024 and drank in March 2025.
L: Hazy gold in the glass, with a thin bubbly head that climbs up the edge of the glass. If I look hard enough, I can see carbonation in the glass.
S: Mild citrus and peach notes are wafting out of the glass, with a slight touch of citrus peel.
T: Taste is much more expressive, with stone fruit and light tropical notes over a clean base. The finish is tangy and sweet, and the hoppiness is not so intense as to overwhelm the fruity notes, but nor is it cowering in the corner.
M: The mouthfeel is light and sherbety, matching the flavour profile well. Bitterness is low to medium.
O: Quite a tasty beer all up!
Cheers!
