A Belgian Wit, fermented with a mix of champagne, mead, and brettanomyces yeasts. When it was finished, it was also infused with large amounts of strawberry juice.

Copenhagen 24/3 2017. 75 cl bottle from Høkeren. Very elegant and well designed label with a happy centaur jumping around.
Pours hazy amber with small off-white head. Disappears fairly fast leaving only bubbly remnants.
Aroma is sour and pretty acidic. Sour berries, sour yogurt and tart fruit.
Medium strong carbonation and watery texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by distinct sourness. Aftertaste is sour. Lingering.
A bit one-dimensional - but if you like your fruit beer sour and acidic this might be the thing for you. Maybe 75 cl is a bit too much.
