A light and well-hopped beer that is typically brewed for spring and summer. The beer has a gentle aroma of malt and bread, spiced with a lovely hop aroma and a delicious fruit aroma from the yeast. The beer has a full body combined with a good and sweet malt flavor. All balanced by a pleasant bitterness and gentle hop flavor from the European hops.
Malts: Pilsner, Caramel pils, Caragold, Special B, Munich Light, Oat flakes
Hops: Saaz, Hallertauer
Yeast: Lallemann novalager

Svendborg 17/7 2021. 33 cl bottle from Vinoble, Centrumpladsen, Svendborg. Elegant transparent label with Ø-Bryg’s logo with the name of the beer interposed.
Pours opaque hazy, golden amber with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a spicy scent. Caramel, toffee. Lightly toasted malts. Hints of cinnamon and pepper.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, slightly viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a modest bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and lingers for a while. Finish is sweet toffee.
Entirely pleasant and sweet and pretty harmless.
