Copenhagen 3/12 2023. 33 cl bottle from Brygshoppen webshop. Light blue label with Thurø Brewery's cool label in orange. Some hops floating in the background.
Pours opaque golden yellow - almost orange - with a huge white head. Settles as uneven and lumpy crown of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a more subtle scent ofclitrus. Peach and apricot. Orange and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture. A little fizzy.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Fresh, fruity and uncomplicated.
