A classic and well-balanced American IPA.
Brewed with the American hops Simcoe and Amarillo, which give a light and seductive aroma of citrus, tropical fruit and coniferous wood.
A light copper-colored beer with a good and dense head. Good mouthfeel and taste of the classic American hops, followed by a moderate bitterness, which is characteristic of this type of beer.

Copenhagen 29/8 2021. 33 cl bottle from Vinoble, Centrumpladsen, Svendborg. Ø-bryg's usual design with the Ø with the silhouette of a beer bottle inside.
Pours unclear copper with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a bit of citrus fruit and fresh grass. Caramel, toffee and cardboard. Lime and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a somewhat stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit watery. Bitter. Lingers shortly. Dry finish.
A little bit thin in the aftertaste and with a bitterness that's a bit rough around the edges.
