A pilsner type brewed with buckwheat.
The beer has a gentle malt aroma, with notes of buckwheat, and a lovely light and crisp citrus aroma from the American hop Cascade. The taste is light with a good body and a gentle nutty aftertaste from the buckwheat.

Copenhagen 19/8 2021. 33 cl bottle from Vinoble, Centrumpladsen, Svendborg. The postal code for Svendborg surrounded by stylized in different happy colors.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin - almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and malty mingling with a light sour grainy sent. Sweet pale malts, bread, cardboard. Sour grains and glue.
Light carbonation. Thin oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Quite sweet and a bit cloying for a Pilsener.
