Copenhagen 15/5 2015. 33 cl bottle from Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel, Østerbrogade, Kbh. Ø. Beautifully simplistic design on the label. A big letter "Ø" with the silhouette of a bottle inside.
Pours hazy amber with a big yellowish head. Settles as a 0,5 cm layer of foam. Covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is sweet and intensely fruity. Notes of citrus and grapefruit provides a little sourness.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tinting texture.
Flavor is not as sweet as indicated by the aroma but rather bitter and a little sour. Long aftertaste with dry finish.
