Copenhagen 27/1 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Brown green ornamental label advertising that the beer is inspired by the Eden Project (British Charity Project making Rain Forests in domes in Cornwall).

Pours murky, golden yellow with big white head. Settles as thin layer of bubbly foam almost covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is tart and sharp. Citrus and lemon. Sour berries. Herbal, flowery undercurrent. Acidic.

Light carbonation. Thin, watery, soft texture.

Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong, slightly rough tart, sour bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and acerbic. Semi-dry finish.

Interesting take on a sour Wheat beer reminding me of a Berliner Weisse.
