We went a bit wild in the brewery when we opened the first bag of Superdelic, the freshest hop on the market, and decided it would be a great idea to dry hop with 22g/hL of the stuff! That might not be the strongest dose ever, but when you pair it with the silly amounts of Azacca and Strata in the whirlpool (both CGX) and a sprinkle of Motueka to boot, its an absolute juice bomb! We played with the water profile to push the flavours even further and provide that super silky smooth mouthfeel we all crave.
