A throw back to the coal mines of Dortmund, Germany. A pale and clear with slight haze lager with a balanced, smooth slightly bitter finish.

Draft at Trail Stop. Poured a clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left some thin lacing. It smelled of caramel, crackers and floral notes. Sweet bready malt taste with hints of caramel and a bitter bite for balance.
