Our first beer and flagship Pale Ale, is crafted with a selection of our favorite hops. Citra and Columbus contribute an abundance of stone fruit flavors, while Enigma adds a burst of juicy grape and dank top notes.

Copenhagen 6/4 2025. 44 cl can from The Beer Hie, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Dark green can with a weird, dark floating limb. The logo and name of the beer in yellow.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with tart citrus fruit and a touch of Pine trees.
Rather strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour twist, Lingers for a while Finish is rather dry.
For the tart and sour Gourmet.
