Our flagship IPA leads with Mosaic and Ella, finishing with a subtle touch of Citra. Delivering a mouthful of pulpy berries, luscious passionfruit, and tropical pineapple notes.

Frederiksberg 21/8 2024. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow withba mid-sized white head. Settles ss thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with tart berries and citrus fruit. Sweet peach. Tart currants and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. A tad watery. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Nice, tart American Pale Ale.
