Having this beer on-tap at the brewery. This beer draws a clear, light to medium golden color with a nice, fluffy looking white head that’s about 1/2 inch thick when first drawn and served. Head eventually settles to a thick white lining the inside of the glass at the beer’s surface along with some nice lacing. Aromas of some bready, zesty malts, along with some some earthy, herbal hops. A very similar flavor profile, with the aforementioned bready and zesty malts along with earthy, herbal, and slightly spicy malts that have just the right amount of bitterness. Not the most complex flavor profile, but very well balanced and spot on for the style. Has a crisp, also smooth and frothy, medium bodied mouth feel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish and all of the flavors linger nicely on my palate after each ship. A very nice beer here indeed!
