FRESH HOP PALE ALE Fresh is right! Fresh hops, that is, in this bodice ripper of a pale ale. This naughty beer is bittered coyly, then finished with wet, wet Mosaic hops.

Very good IPA, I love the fresh hopped beers, you don't seem to get the real bite from the hops, which I really like. This beer has a fruity hop taste (juicy) and only a slight bitterness. Had in a 12oz can. I really like this beer. Goes down smooth and has a nice aroma, like all IPAs should. Rated 1-27-2019

Can from Market of Choice.
A clear copper color with a large, off-white head with good retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is decent. Mildly earthy and minty Cascade-like hops, mildly chalky, and further amplified by the mildly spicy wet hop character. A mild brown sugar note is present as well. The palate opens bitter and mildly chalky, with a blend of grapefruit and perfume-y jasmine and a little rose. Moderately bitter, pleasantly so, but it doesn't entirely work with the floral notes from the hops. The fresh hop notes play second fiddle here, with a mild earthy note. Mildly sweet on the mid-palate before a long, bitter and mildly earthy finish, this beer is medium-light in body and lightly carbonated. Solid.
