Appearance This was a light yellow at the body and showed a lot of effervescence. The head was quite foamy and laced the glass well.
Smell This was a beautiful mix of grain and floral hops. There was also a bit of grassy mustiness to this one as well.
Taste Finally a good grainy beer. American macro brewmasters only need to swing by Elysian and talk with Markus to straighten out their problems.
The grain was extremely pleasing to the palate, and the floral hops proved to be an excellent compliment. They also left out the cheap sweetness found in most grain-based macros, making this one a joy to consume.
Mouthfeel The nice, snappy carbonation and semi-dryness made this light-bodied lager very refreshing.
Drinkability This is an awesome Australian session ale that I hope gets bottled and sold.
Comments Markus, the Brewmaster, said that he still hasnt decided if he wants to bottle this one and, if he does, may need to change the name. Hes from Australia, so Im guessing the current name comes from Mad Max (though I didnt ask).
