Served On-Tap
A — Pours a vibrant pinkish hue into the tulip glass, great clarity and some quickly rising bubbles form a very thin white colored head.
S — Smells quite nice, though not as cherry forward as expected, really lacto and sour focused, little bit of a raspberry, strawberry, cherry, red apple sour twang to it.
T — Tastes of fresh fruit and a bit of lacto twang, very tart, but incredibly well balanced sweetness as well.
M — Light in body, great carbonation level, super refreshing.
O — Very nice overall, better than expected, really glad I got to try this one.

I had this beer on-tap in a goblet at the Elysian Fields location.
Appearance: copper hue with. Light haze and a nice finger of creamy ivory foam. Quite attractive.
Smell: bright and tart and fruity. Not exactly cherries, but enticing.
Taste: quite tart with a very nice fruit backbone. It reminds me more of rhubarb than cherries, but I really like it nonetheless. Very nice indeed.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a big, well-integrated carbonation and a very satisfying creaminess indeed. Wunderbar!
Overall: this beer simply appeals to me. Not much more to be said.
