Pours a hazy golden color with a thin foamy head. Head retention is good, as is lacing. Definite grape aroma, but does seem more dated. Definite grape taste. Kind of drowns out an older hop flavor. Not bad but not great. Lighter bodied with mild carbonation.

12 oz bottle in a goblet.
Amber body with excellent clarity and a very good white head.
This is a mild IPA with a grape addition that is most obvious up front and then again in the aftertaste.
Mild bitterness for style.

This came as a pleasant surprise. I now liven in nashville so we don't get a lot of elysian beer over here. I found this in a variety summer pack along with blue point, goose island, and ten barrel.

I have heard of this beer on draft at elysian bars before but had never tried it, i am so stoked i found it!

It is the PERFECT fruit beer. you can taste the grape but barely. it doesn't taste fake or overpowering. I am not usually a fan of fruit beers but this is my new favorite. Elysian's done it again. Personal Rating 9/10
