Drank on draft at Elysian Capital Hill
Service Temp, 35 degrees Farenheit. Service Glass 3 ounce Shot Glass.
Appearance: light amber & clear with a white foamy head that recedes to a ridgeline of lace along the inside of the glass.
Aroma, is mild citrus and roasted, with some slight fig.
Sippingon this small 3 ounce serving I immediately am greeted by the grapefruit & carmel alongside some vanilla, biscuit & roastedness.
Mouthfeel is medium with an afterburp of hops.
