A: Poured a deeper mahogany, brown color with good carbonation and a dirty white head
S: Some funk, grapes, vinegar, caramel, spice
T: Not as wild and funky as you'd expect, giving it a good lean toward the Bifrost still. Puckering sour, some cherries, vinegar, spice , cocoa, caramel and cabaernet influence in sweet grapes. The taste is full throttle beginning to end
M: Unique, sordove sour but that Bifrost just throws in some serious body
