This wonderful wild ale comes from four different casks, each with its own flavour. After careful selection and blending, it was dry-aged with a beautiful hop blend and spiced to taste with coriander seeds and pink pepper. After spending almost two years in casks, it feels like you are enjoying a forgotten ale.

Copenhagen 5/5 2023. 37,5 cl bottle from BeerShoppen web-shop. Light blue label with darker etchings. Very serious.

Pours opaque murky amber with a big off-white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin unbroken layer for foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is intense with a light fruity sweet odor mingling with a tart and sour scent of unripe berries. Funky notes. Apricots. Sour grapes and gooseberries. Sour cheese. Citrus. Touch of vinegar.

Light carbonation. Slightly hick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is intensewith a light sweetness followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.

Fine tart brew. Though I did not notice the Coriander seeds.
