Copenhagen 4/3 2022. 75 cl capped bottle from Dammbergs Ølmagasin, Kingosgade, Frb. C. Cream colored label with thin lines in white reminding me of a topographical map.
Pours unclear amber with a small, white head. Bubbly. Settles as a thin rim of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sharp, tart odor of unripe berries and vinegar. Light funky notes. Tart gooseberries and sour apples. arm sweat.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and a bit watery. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
A bit thin in flavor but with a nice fruity and tart nose.
