This bold and juicy IPA is an all southern hemisphere hop combination of Nelson Sauvin, Moteuka and Riwaka and has flavours of sweet ripe pineapple flesh and tart Sauvignon blanc grape skins with lime and grapefruit zest notes balancing against the sweetness, finish with a minerality reminiscent of a flinty Chablis grounding the beers tropical features.
