Copenhagen 29/4 2025. 50 cl bottle from Vinspecialisten, Søndergade, Herning. Off-white label in Lille Holmgård's usual design thing time in dark brown.
Comes gushing out of the bottle. Pours opaque dark brown with a small off-white head. Bubbly. Settles as a thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with an odor of malts, salty licorice and earthy fumes. Roasted dark malts, cough drops and a whiff of metallic alcohol and citrus. Dry vibe.
Medium strong carbonation- Sightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little unforgiving. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Dek, bitter and dry.
